CIMA Apprenticeships are open to almost anyone, not just school leavers. You’ll earn a salary and work towards a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification, the CGMA Professional Qualification and CGMA status— all without the worry of tuition fees.
This year, National Apprenticeship Week is taking place from 7th – 13th February. It’s a UK-wide event that highlights just how valuable apprenticeships are to individuals, businesses, and local communities. To get involved, join us at our free webinar all about the CIMA Apprenticeship.
When: 10th February from 12.30 – 1.30pm.

1. Earn while you learn
With an apprenticeship, you’ll do your studies alongside your full-time job. So you’ll earn a salary, be supported by your employer, learn practical skills and get proper work experience.
2. Time off to study
All apprentice employers are obliged to provide 20% off-the-job training. That usually means you get one day per week off to study, with your full salary still intact.
3. Upskill or reskill
Almost anyone can do an apprenticeship. Whatever stage you’re at in your career, it’s a great opportunity to progress or even have a complete change.
The CIMA Apprenticeship was voted the 6th best apprenticeship scheme in the UK and Ireland at the YP Awards 2021, the accolades run by Young Professionals, placing above big brands including Google, Microsoft, and JP Morgan
“An apprenticeship offers the best of both worlds - I spend my time getting real experience, where I have responsibility and the opportunity to get involved in projects that interest me, and at the same time the balance of studying for CIMA.” - Diane Lorgeré, Senior Finance Business Partner and former CIMA Apprentice at Network Rail
